Responding to the requests of her clients, and the overall demand for a program designed specifically for performers, Ginette Hamel has created Stability With Mobility Volume 1 for Dancers, and Volume 2 for Musicians.
Featuring principal dancer Heather Ogden of The National Ballet of Canada, the program combines strengthening, stability and stretches developed by Ginette Hamel together with a synthesis of other effective exercises. The emphasis is on deep core stability work and the strengthening of specific muscles used in dance. A large number of exercises focus on strengthening the ankles and lower legs, preparing the young dancer for pointe work, while also helping the advanced dancer keep these muscles strong and injury free.

The program combines strengthening, stability and stretching exercises.
It is based on the principle that by strengthening the muscles that stabilize the neck, shoulders and lower back, while also increasing their mobility through stretching and self-massage, musicians will enjoy a greater freedom of movement.
